Based in England, we work across the entire UK and support both local and international clients for events locally or at a distant destination. Typically we work across England and Europe in the summer and expand to the Middle East and beyond in the winter. Our multilingual team has extensive experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds all around the world. As experts in travel, with impeccable standards and a global network, we are perfectly equipped to support our clients wherever they choose to celebrate their special occasions.

We offer full-service planning and design services, guiding our clients from the initial concept to their event day. We manage all aspects of your event, ensuring a stress-free experience and providing expert guidance throughout. Our expertise cover a wide range of events. Whether it's an intimate celebration on a private island, a grand luxury launch on a super-yacht, or a lavish multi-day wedding, we handle every detail. Our tailored services include venue selection, design creation, schedule and budget management, and vendor coordination, among other services. We specialise exclusively in full planning and design and do not offer day-of coordination or partial planning.

Typically, our one-day weddings start at around £300,000. For a multi-day celebration, expenses can escalate into the multi-million pounds range. We tailor each event uniquely to our clients, so a consultation is crucial to provide an accurate proposal. To assist with budget management, we create a detailed budget plan that covers estimated costs for all aspects we handle, including the venue, vendors, entertainment, aesthetics, rentals, and production. With our refined system, you will always be kept informed, ensuring transparency and meeting your expectations.

How much do you charge?

We specialise in crafting bespoke experiences tailored to each client's unique celebration. We don't offer standard pricing packages, instead all of our pricing is customised to meet your specific needs. Our full-service planning and design services are charged as a percentage of the total spend on the elements we oversee. For smaller events and specific services, our pricing is determined by the scope of the event and the time commitment required from our team. Our planning services are ideal for those looking to invest £250,000 and above. While we specialise in large-scale events, we also accommodate smaller, intimate occasions such as private dinners, elopements, and proposals.

How many events do you produce a year?

We are an exclusive luxury design and planning agency committed to delivering an exceptional experience to all our clients.
