Discovery meeting
On our first meeting we'll spend time finding out about you, and explore your vision and ideas for your special celebration. We'll go through in detail the services you require and discuss inspirations that best represent you. This will help to see what we can accomplish together.
BOOKING
After our consultation we'll follow up with you within 2 working days and provide you with a bespoke proposal. If we are the perfect fit for each other then the next step is to accept the proposal and sign the agreement. Then we'll book you into our schedule and start the next phase: Planning & Design.
PLANNING & DEsign
During this phase we begin to work on your design details, sourcing suppliers and developing your overall event concept, to bring your vision to life. The initial part of this phase is the most extensive due to our comprehensive onboarding process, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Once you are fully onboarded, you can sit back and let Melinda and her team work their magic, piecing together all the elements that make your celebration extra special. Closer to the day of your event we will finalise the smaller details and schedules to ensure a seamless delivery of your special day.
ON THE DAY
On your special day we will be there for you from the second you wake up until the minute you go to bed, working with our trusted suppliers to take you and your guests on magical journey throughout the day ensuring no details, no matter how small are missed.
